Estimates and pricing

Prices quoted before we see the vehicle are estimates. Condition matters — heavy contamination, pet hair, smoke odor or paint damage can change the time required. If the work needed differs from what was described, we'll tell you before starting and you can decide how to proceed.

Booking and cancellations

Appointments are scheduled as arrival windows rather than exact times, since traffic across Los Angeles is unpredictable. Let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Site access

You'll need to provide:

• a legal, reasonably level place to park the vehicle for the duration of the work;
• gate, garage or building access where required;
• keys or someone able to move the vehicle if it must be repositioned.

Our vans carry their own water and power. Where a building prohibits hoses or standing water, we use a rinseless process instead — tell us in advance so we bring the right setup.

Weather and conditions

Rain, unsafe heat or restricted access can require rescheduling. Coatings and correction work in particular need conditions we can control; we'd rather move an appointment than deliver a poor result.

Limits of what detailing can fix

Detailing improves condition; it does not repair damage. Scratches through the clear coat, failing or previously repainted panels, cracked leather, torn upholstery, permanent dye transfer and long-set stains may improve but will not always disappear. We'll set expectations before starting and won't charge for work we don't believe will help.

Personal belongings

Please remove valuables, electronics, documents and child seats you'd prefer we not handle. We take care with items left in the vehicle, but we can't accept responsibility for personal property.
